React Job Details

At Produce8, we think the future of work is digital despite the location, but the tools and processes used to operate it are still analog and in-person. Work needs a re-think, and we’re stepping in.

As a venture-backed startup launched out of Top Down Ventures, we’re building a new category of software to help teams collaborate more deeply, communicate more efficiently and work more productively together in the modern work environment. Produce8 is a digital work analytics platform that helps distributed and digital-first teams understand how they interact with their technology and each other. We’re laser-focused on the future of work and crafting a platform to enable it.

We’re deeply passionate about creating the best possible digital work experience for our people. Our company culture supports flexible work hours, finding new ways to reduce digital distractions so our team members can have more calm and focused time in their days, and we’re currently piloting a four-day workweek.

If you’re looking to continue building your career in SaaS, this is an opportunity to join a team dedicated to building a company and a culture you’ll want to stay with for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be integral to the team, and you'll be the primary QA on a small team of developers building features in our SAAS product and backend infrastructure.

You'll also have an opportunity to work with the engineering and product team on crafting solutions for business requirements and plan iterations and releases. You'll be working across the whole application stack depending on where you're needed most and can have the most impact. Some days you'll be building GraphQL services using Appsync and NodeJS Typescript or writing Lambdas and Step Functions in AWS for data analysis or using CDK to help evolve our infrastructure as a coding platform, or doing POCs on new features using the latest and greatest from AWS.ments and plan iterations and releases.
